Spinosaurus Ride Above the District

Yogan opens her mouth big as if she wanted to eat me and come very close to me.

It’s kind of different from what film-makers imagined but I can’t describe it, maybe a mix of strong animals.

Interesting, so there might be other words that don’t exist in this world. But why does the word spino exist and not dinosaurs ? It’s a good question I may never get an answer for.

Iris shouts out. “Aqua Auréole !”

There is water appearing around Yogan and it looks like a water halo around her. She takes Iris and puts her on her back and she does the same for me. We found ourselves above the ground, at 6 meters high.

Iris takes out her cane, I notice a compass at the end of it. “Now it’s my turn, Compass Cane !”

The compass needle starts moving.

Yogan starts floating above and going forward as if she is flying, she is going

high enough not to get hurt with lava and very hot steam.

After a while we arrive at a place where there is only obsidian ground that formed after the lava dried out. The compass stops moving and points right before us.

“The compass indicates this place, so there must be at least four or five lava monsters.”

Yogan lands, using her water power to make us go down.

I think it’s not really her thing to talk with people or is it just me because she speaks too straight and only thinks about what she has to do.

I draw out my sword and realize how heavy it is but I have the strength to hold it with my two hands. I run towards a little lava monster.

It’s like a lava slime I saw once in a game but it seems more dangerous.

I shout “Ah !” as I try to hit it but it runs fast and avoids the blow. I try again and again until I succeed in hitting it strongly.

Iris orders “Suck it up now !”

I let the sword on the lava monster, then I press the little button that is on the sword’s handle and the lava monster gets sucked up into my sword fastly.

I feel like I’m using a vacuum cleaner. How funny it is.

The lava monster disappeared, the empty space is now a little filled with lava. I touch the lava space with my left hand.

“So if I understand, if I have powers I’m not in the same category anymore ?”

“Yes, exactly. What I forgot to say is that only pure humans are separated from the others categories, which means that any of the other categories can live together, if you have power you can raise the animals lord, which of course is rare and surely never happened before.”

She’s kind of complicated or just too brilliant but I don’t dislike it.

After a while there are no little lava monsters left. We hear heavy loud steps coming our way.

Suddenly our eyes open the biggest they ever did, we see what seems the last thing we’ll see in our life, a giant lava monster walking in our direction, at least 8 meters high, just one touch is enough to kill us. Despite the shock, Iris shouts.

“It’s a giant lava monster ! It can’t be hit so easily ! We better run away !”

In just one step, the lava monster has gotten so close that I can barely breathe.
