Chapter 2:
Distortion Saga
No I’m not
Something’s wrong
Dragons banging on their gongs
“Go to sleep
You’re awake
Drink the venom of the snake”
“Kill your mind
This your time
Your body is past its prime”
Broken here
Broken there
Disease seeping everywhere
“Here you lie
Go on, cry
I will never let you die”
“Hide your skin
Wrap your sin
You are in the Dragon’s den”
“Take your body
Burn your soul
We deem you a Fire Troll”
Mirrorman laughs
Someone gasps
Cannot see her through the glass
Feel my flesh
Start to rot
Never will you feel of soft
Reddened face
God’s disgrace
Metamorphosis takes place
Here I am
This is me
Deepening my voice still pleas
Ugly sow
Broken now
Hideous without a doubt
Dragons see not one thing wrong
Louder they slam on their gongs
This is who you are they say
Accept it or the price you’ll pay
Thrusting up my rock hard fists
Try to scream but I just hiss
Giant heavy arms of meat
Fat neck lowers in defeat
Claws the size of animals
To sleep I cannot be lulled
Ears swollen like newborn bats
Feet padded like iron mats
Even worse than twas before
Tortured by these open pores
Mirrorman looks just like me now
Forced I have been by his vows
Thanks the Dragons for their help
Then he chuckles as I yelp
Try to rip my face apart
But too strong is my beating heart
Falling deeper into hell
Misery of broken shells
This is my life, who I am
Fire Troll of burning land
Magma flowing through my blood
Hurts as much as something could
There is no more helping me
I only pretend to sleep
