Part 13: Discovering Unknown Origins

Did the weapon take me for a fool? Suspecting me to believe it had reasons to use my power as a tool to make false bargains. Well, even here, there was not much to go off of besides speculation. As I teleported back to the temple, Omnikra appeared right at the entrance of this place.

“Then why start a fight with me if you intended to make peace with your situation?” I inquired skeptically.

“I wanted to make sure you were real. False guardians that come from The Void apparently exist on other worlds from what I have realized.”

False guardians. You mean the other distinct versions of ourselves that we can control simultaneously? Ah, blades. There is much you need to consider about what you’ve witnessed. However, let’s assume you do really want to know what you are. So do I.

The problem is, while I am able to shape-shift into whatever I choose to be, there is nothing that has been explained to me as to why I am this. Why do you want to fill that hole within? Is it because it will change your perspective? To leave what you once were? Or to be that for a time and play with what already is given and nothing more?

There is that unknown chaos still grazing about the outside of Prism’s Void. I figure it is true to say that these blades came from there, but not much can be helped when you don’t know much about a topic which even The Master considers a delusion.

But from what I remember, in order to become one’s true self, you must silence all of what you are and command the darkness inside with unmatched authority.
