Chapter 15:

Part 15: Sensing Stars

StarSpace: Tales Of The Time Keeper

Murky Meadow. A place mute of vibrant colors. There I was, walking across the gloomy atmosphere when Omnikra landed amidst the grass which waved like it was underneath an ocean current without there being one to keep it flowing.

“So you are the other Amethion, right? You do not seem to have an Eternal Light on you.”

“Indeed. In case you were unaware, none of my other versions hold an Eternal Light Of Time because there is only one. Another thing I’m sure of is if I had used it previously, your willingness to go would not be enough. You are above its power level but, the untapped potential is what you are trying to learn.”

“Alright. By the way, do you have a different name here?”

“In this multiverse, I go by the name Anaevus. Now let’s focus on why you’re here. In order to locate Prima, you must use what is called a ‘Star Sense’ that will act as a guide to that world rather than going based off of memory.”

As expected, Omnikra was confused. I suppose it is time for me to show it how this works.

“All beings are capable of star sensing. Most are able to feel the power of one star depending on their conscious range. That is good for a while until you have to go based on sight for a majority of that time.”

“Okay so how does this work? How are stars supposed to tell me where I want to go?”

“You misunderstand. The stars don’t tell you where to go. They already hold each world’s gravitational fields. Let me tell you it like this. Rest your outer being and visualize a dark empty space where you feel to be floating in stillness. No distracting colors should be in sight. Do not be afraid, angered, disgusted, depressed, or excited. Ask yourself the deepest question lingering in you now. If you do this correctly, your form will instinctively know which world you’ve landed in from the way each star’s range of heat affects your inner self. You will be able to see everything about the star that makes it unique to its environment. Lastly, if you are fortunate enough, don’t let Chaosity control you.”

“Chaosity? What is that supposed to be?”

So it all comes down to this. I’m sure that this will be the weapon’s greatest challenge yet, as it would be for anyone. Even now, while I’m sure it will find its ability to use star-sensing, Omnikra will come head to head with Prism's greater rival. One not many understand. Not even I. It is dangerous and harder to reason with. I’ve tried many times and failed to surpass it. Unless there is something it has that none of us were aware of, the best course of action would be to ignore it for the better.

“It is… The One Born Of Nothing.”
