I want to talk to you about other things too but since we will be wasting Sherry san's magic so I will get to the point...

The thing is according to your request, we have decided to have you do some chores for us...

While the fluffy onee san was going all about it, the stoic sister stopped her and finished the talk in 2 lines and cut the magic connection.

Robert san seemed to have something important to tell me but in the end he just gave up.

Then he just gave me a shoulder pat and showed me a weak smile as if wishing me best of luck dealing with them.

Also it seems Philia san was praising me all over the place.

I never thought I made such a good impression on her.

Can I consider that some feelings are developing?

I am getting butterflies in stomach thinking about it.

But it also can be just her being an onee san and boasting about my good deeds like a sister.

Anyway, she seems to be friends with Greenwich sisters, so maybe she requested these sisters and so these are the people that will take me to the city.

And I am sure this Maxis san is a third wheel added by uncle Robert san to disturb my date again.

Since you were busy, you sent your replacement, hah. What a prick, this uncle.

I have noticed that Philia san, Mary san and Sherry san, donot include their surnames in their introductions.

Are they hiding their noble status?.

Or is it a military regulation about maintaining equality and only using your first name during your service in military.

Or maybe they are just being considerate to others, so that they can fit in without others being conscious of their noble status.

That way their platoon can work without minding small things like manners and all.

While I was thinking such things Robert san and others were discussing about the trip and the things needed to be done.

After that he left and only Greenwich sisters me and the third wheel Maxis san were left.

Mary san gestured to follow her and with her in lead we went out.

Philia san did great by combining my two request to visit the city and helping in chores.

She is my guardian angel after all. As expected of her.

I was following the Greenwich sisters who were in lead and at the back was Maxis san.

I am thankful for him covering our back but still ....it could have been a date if not for.....

We continued to the gate and after entering the street, it was my first time seeing the city of Detroit in daylight.

The barracks are located near the east gate of the city and the outer wall was about 12 meters high.

We started moving towards the city centre. After entering the main road connecting the gate, the full view of Detroit city was in front of me.

Double lane stone roads, with lush green grass laid side walks adorned with beautiful street magic lamps and trees at regular interval.

Two story, three story shops built on both sides, and shopkeepers selling their products while calling the people.

There are humans and beastmen mixed in people.

Truly a scenery straight out of a fantasy.

We were currently walking on the grass side walks and the main road was premirely occupied by carts.

The carts were drawn by horses, bulls and some rare ones by raptors.

I was overwhelmed by all this and stood there until Maxis san tapped on my shoulder from side.

I was embarrassed for being an ignorant person but he just gave an understanding smile filled with pride of being a resident of a beautiful city.

I wanted to appraise and scan everything, but also wanted to enjoy my trip.

So I decided that information gathering will be done later and right now just decided to take it all in.

I donot know what the chore is as my explanation was cut off by Sherry san, but I'll just follow them while enjoying the views.

The people of this world are definitely more good looking then my previous one.

Everyone I see, could be a model on earth. Maybe they don't have mobile phones and internets to mess their bodies and minds, that's why they live healthy and stay beautiful.

We entered an area what can be called a bazar.

All types of shops were here and the road was strictly for pedestrians.

No carts were allowed. There were food stalls, weapons and armours, potions, books that were apparently grimores as per my scan, tools, clothes, magic item shops and many more.

This is really a happening place.

But there are a lot of people here so I might have to be careful of pickpocketing if I ever came here alone.

But right now we are all secured thanks to Maxis san.

Maybe that's why Robert san added him.

Because he knew the sisters are clearly not mindful of such things.

And I am a newcomer here.

The sisters are moving on their own pace.

The elder one in the lead is moving like a child skipping her steps in daze, while Sherry san follows her quietly.

Yup they are completely in their own world.

Maybe the chore is to bring these sisters back in one piece.

But that is being taken care of by Maxis san. I don't know what is my role here.

I think Sherry san is quite smart person, but because maybe she loves her sister too much, that she ends up being carried away by her air headedness.

In the end we stopped in front of a weapon workshop.

It was quite a large workshop. The sisters went inside and I too followed them.

Inside there were about 5 smiths working and a huge amount of weapons were lying in crates. It is not a shop but a manufacturing place.

Seems like army buys them directly from here instead of retailer shop since their order is big.

2 workers, one of which was a woman, were forging a sword, another one was hammering a dagger and other 2 were melting the metal.

And to my surprise two of them who were working on the sword, were dwarfs.

I was very excited and felt satisfied seeing the template bearded short men with strong muscles. Seriously their biceps are as thick as a log.

No.

Its not like I swing that way.

Its just the matter of seeing something you read so much about.

I decided to scan them-

Since Mary san is discussing with him, it seems he is the owner here.

He is a muscular man about four feet tall, but his width is twice that of me.

He has dull yellow long hair done in beads and beard too.

Brown eyes and rugged face.

He is wearing a brown workman type baggy clothes that are quite dirty with black soot all over.

The other one is the only female worker here

She is a mixed dwarf and maybe she is the wife of owner, just a guess.

She also has similar physique as Doran san, except the absence of beard and addition of 2 bulges on her chest.

Her hair are finer than Doran san and face is also not rugged but gives a motherly feeling.

I will call them Dora-mi pair from now on.

Although such cute name does not suit middle aged couple like them.

But they looked cute together, hammering the sword.

Mary san's discussion with Doran san came to an end and she gave a pouch of money to him.

It seems she ordered some spears and shields from him and asked him to deliver the to the barracks.

Doran san counted the money and gave it to Myrrin san. It seems that our work was to place an order for the platoon here.

During the whole thing only the Greenwich sisters talked and as expected of the pair of an airhead and a stoic, I was not expecting them to introduce me to the dwarf pairs.

Maxis san too stood quietly besides me all the time.

But Myrrin san seemed to have asked something about me.

Mary san then pointed at me and introduced me.

I also bowed towards the dwarf pairs, but they just thought of me as a random kid.

Before Mary san could explain more, Sherry san stepped in and we were dragged out of the shop by her.

Seems like there are more errands to be done so we cannot waste our time.
