Troublesome encounters

After the work with weapon workshop was over, we went to another shop which dealt with selling both weapons and Armours.

Most probably to buy armor next.

This time its not a workshop but a store.

From what I could tell, maybe the leather tanning was done near the outskirts of the city near the water stream.

And only the finished product is kept here.

As for the weapons they may be from the workshop we previously visited.

"Wha..."

I leaked a voice of astonishment because the shopkeeper was a bombshell beast woman with cat ears who wore bikini leather armour.

I did not expect the legendary bikini armour to be worn in public like this.

I could see Maxis san giving an understanding look to me from side.

Moreover the person wearing it had assets that did not loose to Mary san.

Her outfit is black and even though its bikini armor, its not tasteless.

Its quite elegant and suit her.

Its black in color and is attached with various accessories like shoulder guard and such.

Maybe it's a strategy of her sales pitch.

The person herself is also a beauty.

She has black eyes and her hair are mix of black with shade of white on one side.

Her cat ears are black too but one is white on the tip. She also has a thin black cylindrical tail. Her midriff line is also quite cool.

Not too much to look like a macho but giving her a nice athletic look.

Her face gives a mischievous feline look with a canine coming out of one of the sides of her mouth.

She seems like a mischievous sister who loves to tease her little brother.

While I was looking at her while smiling stupidly, she also saw me and then with a smug smile, came towards me.

Then she purposely bent her body forward , while keeping her hands behind as if to enhance her cleavage.

My understanding has evolved to such that I can roughly make out what people speak in Ellisium language.

I think this might be my fourth skill.

Anyways I was dead right about her being a tease.

But even though I understand I cannot control my feelings.

My face became hot and red as a tomato and I just kept my eyes down without saying anything.

Damn she is hot and she even finished her sentence with Nya!

Seeing me like this Nyxia san gave a naughty laugh, but then she screamed all of a sudden.

"Nyahahahh. NyaaaaA!"

I looked up to see what happened and saw that Mary san has tightly gripped Nyxia san's tail and she seems to have been surprised with that.

They then started arguing with each other.

While all of this was happening Maxis san was already inspecting the armours in the store and Sherry san was as stoic as ever but still trying to help her sister fight Nyxia san.

The fight between Mary san and Nyxia san was not only a battle of words it seems.

While fighting, each of them was puffing up their chests against each other as if to assert dominance and declare themselves winner just by comparing the sizes.

But seeing the reaction of others, this seemed like a daily occurrence here, so I also did not stop them.

In fact it was quite a site for sore eyes.

After the comedy skit was over, the business deal started.

Nyxia san was sexy even in her business woman mode.

This time too Mary san gave some instructions and handed her a pouch of coin.

She seemed to have ordered 20 sets of leather armour and asked her to deliver in the barracks.

After that we visited the potion shop. It was a two story building, with a spooky vibe.

All these shops are situated near each other which is very convenient for adventurers and soldiers.

And from the nearby traffic of people who were all wearing armours I guessed that this maybe the adventurers district of this city.

But I did not see the guild during our trip.

Maybe it was in another area or maybe all people of this world wear armour normally except for the shopkeepers.

No maybe it is around here but I just missed it.

Anyway I cannot be selfish about visiting the guild.

It can be done later.

The potion shop we visited next, had a spooky grandma as the shopkeeper, or actually not.

When I scanned her, it was the biggest shock of the day.

Although she clearly looked like a normal human grandma who covers herself with a hood.

She was actually only17 years and on top of that she was not even human.

And her body and eyes were glowing red, in the same way when Sherry san used magic. So magic was being used by her continuously.

What should I do? Is she a bad person? Is she an evil person who is hiding in here for maybe spy work or something.

How should I tell others.

But it also could be that in this world Vampires are not bad and get along well with humans.

Lets observe carefully.

She is not a normal vampire but a true vampire and I think she is using a spell to camouflage her true appearance , that's the reason for the red glow.

While I was observing her, Mary san was handed a list and coin bag to the old grandma aka the vampire Charlotte.

While I was observing the spooky grandma, she also reacted to me and raised an eyebrow. But thankfully returned to speaking with Mary san again.

She definitely saw something or observed something related to me.

Does she has appraisal skill or something.

Or maybe she could tell that I scanned her.

Thankfully the work was over without any trouble and we came out of the store.

From the discussion they were having, it seems that Vampire Charlotte has been taking care of potion business for the army, from quite some time.

So maybe she is not a bad person.

But I will keep in mind to ask someone about relationship of vampires and humans.

And then maybe decide what to do.

The errands seem to be over.

Sherry san formed the telepathy bridge with me and talked.

(Ray, What was the things you needed to buy. Lets buy them quickly and return)

Talk about being hasty.

I also wanted to take a tour of the city you know.

Adventures guild and what not.

But they are doing enough for me so it is bad to complain.

(I wanted to buy some daily necessities like clothes etc. Also some sweets as souvenirs)

I then put my hand in pocket and took out some gold and silver coins to show her.

Earlier in the morning, I had kept these on ready just in case, by taking out from my item box while I was alone in my room.

These are the same coins that the goblins had.

Seeing the money she just nodded and cut the magic.

She really only speaks what is absolute necessary .

After that, the sisters took me to a general store where I bought some underwear, towel, two sets of clothes, a brush, soap, a bottle (made of bronze) and a bag made of leather.

The clothes were similar to what I was wearing now, made of a little rough thick cloth.

I chose white color shirt and brown pants. The underwear were soft thankfully.

The clerk was an old human with nothing out of ordinary.

After the previous encounter I don't think anything will be able to up the ante any more though.

I did not know what to pay so I just handed my coins to Sherry san.

She then bargained the price and brought everything for 7 silver coins. Rest she returned to me.

Seems like she is not that stoic after all. Her kindness was definitely surprising.

Not giving any attention to my thoughts, I was guided to the next place.

During the whole trip I have been observing that Maxis san didn't say much except, some additional instructions at the armor shop.

In fact that was the only place he went to forefront.

And here I thought he was a third wheel who will get in my way while talking to the sisters.

We went to a bakery type shop selling all kinds of sweets.

Cakes, biscuits, scones, breads, buns and some sweets that were entirely new to me.

I was surprised that even the culinary culture is quite advance here.

Now, what should I buy as a gift for everyone and Philia san?
