"Yuka! Let's go now!" Ai called out impatiently.

"Wait, Ai!" I replied, hurrying to catch up.

We were on our way to the shopping mall. It had been two years since we completed high school. After that, we continue our study at a local university in Tokyo. I am in the medical field, following mom’s footsteps, and Ai in the field of broadcasting. Mom felt so happy know that I want to become a doctor like her. Today, Ai ask me to help her buying new cloth at shopping mall. She said she want to wear new cloth for her date with Kai tomorrow. I forgot to say about that. After I reject him during school festival, he and Ai start to become more closer than before. I don’t know about the details but after high school graduation ceremony over, Kai ask Ai to meet with him. I think it was that time when they decided to become a couple. Anyway, I really happy for them.

“Yuka! Which one of this dress suit me more?”

“I think the white one. You look more pretty in that dress!”

“Really? I hope you will not lie to me! Wait, the price is so expensive! I cant afford this!”

“I thought you brought more money earlier.”

“Yuka, can I borrow your money? We are friend right?”

“As your friend, I advise you to choose other dress that more affordable.”

“Don’t you see your friend is asking for help? I promise I will pay you this weekend. No, next week!”

“I don’t think you will pay me soon. Alright, I will help you only this time.”

I pay for her. When we arrive at my car, a person who is wearing black suit is approaching us. Why he wear that kind of cloth in this hot weather?

“Hello girls! Sorry to disturb but did both of you interested to become an idol?’

I want to ignoring him but…

“Idol? Did we look so pretty like an idol?” ask Ai.

“Of course! Especially that girl who is behind you. I believe she can become successful idol in the future.”

“Right! She is so talented in many fields. She can sing, playing guitar, and write the songs too!”

“As I thought, she is so talented! So, do you interested in becoming our idol?”

His question makes me thinking twice. But I have promise with mom that I will focus on my studies first.

“Is there any merit if I am becoming an idol?”

I try to ask if there is any advantage for me when I become an idol.

“Of course! Now, we are trying to create a girl group. We believe this new girl group will be one of the popular groups when they debut. With Nakamura Hajime’s help in writing song for this group’s debut, we will captivate many people’s hearts!”

“Can I meet with Nakamura Hajime if I become your idol?”

I don’t want to mention that Nakamura Hajime is my dad. I know what I will do after this disappoints mom, but I want to see dad again. I miss him.

Today is the day I will go to the company. The company’s name is Best Entertainment Ever Company or BEE company. When I arrive at the front of company, a person who I saw yesterday is welcoming me.

“You can call me Maki-san. I will show you the interior of this company’s building.”

After walking around in the building, Maki-san bring me to the room where other trainee is training. He said I was the last member to join the group. When I arrive at the room, there are three other girls who is practicing for their dance.

“Everyone! I want your attention. From today, she will become your member. I hope all of you can become closer with each other,” said Maki-san.

“Hello everyone! My name is Nakamura Yuka! Nice to meet you!”

“Okay, then! Goodluck Nakamura-san!” Maki-san said as he is leaving the room.

“Wait, Maki-san!”

He just left me alone here. How should I talk with them?

“Nakamura-san right? My name is Takahashi Haruna. Nice to meet you! You can call me Haruna!”

“Nice to meet you, Haruna. You can call me Yuka.”

“Alright Yuka! I will introduce other members now. Did you see a girl who is wearing a red tracksuit there? Her name is Sakamoto Ana. You can call her Ana.”

Her face is so cute. I think maybe she is still in high school or middle school.

“By the way, she is the oldest among us. She is twenty four years old now.”

“Really?”

“Yes! Yui and I are twenty years old. How old are you, Yuka?”

“I am twenty years old too!”

“Really?! So, three of us are same age!”

“Nice to meet you, Yuka! Don’t worry about my age! Just treat me as your friend!” Ana who is keeping quiet since earlier said to me.

“Okay, Ana. By the way, is that girl who is practicing now is Yui?”

“Yes! Her name is Satou Yui. She is the leader of this group. Although she looks unfriendly, she is cutest among us,” said Haruna.

Yui still focuses on her dance practice without being distracted by Haruna’s compliment.

“By the way, why do you want to become an idol, Yuka?” ask Ana.

“The truth is I don’t really know about the idol. I just want to see Nakamura Hajime. He is my dad.”

“Really?! The songwriter who won many awards last year?! Is he your dad?” asked Haruna without hiding her surprised face.

“Yes! That’s why I joined this group. I want to see him and try to understand more about my dad’s profession.”

“I envy you, Yuka. If my dad were a famous songwriter, I would ask him to write many song for me,” said Ana.

“Right!” said Haruna too.

“Can you get out from here, Nakamura-san?!”

Yui who is practice from earlier suddenly ask me to get out from this room.

“Why?”

“You are being a nuisance here! Do you think you can get in here if you are a daughter of a famous songwriter? Do you think this place just playground for you?!”

“There are many people trying to become an idol because they want their wish to come true. But you just come here only to satisfy your need. How nice to become like you?” Yui said to me.
