Author's Note

What's up, everyone?

I'm just going to make it known that I like writing author's notes and omakes (the 'extra' chapters in many light novels) and short stories (not actual short stories, but like the ones in Classroom of the Elite).

Anyways, just as a foreword to this novel, it's going to be somewhat darker than some of the other works I've written, although it's still not going to be 'horror' for whatever the definition of horror is in novels. If you are uncomfortable with darker themes, just understand that most of my chapters won't be that dark (so you can just skim-read the 'dark' bits) and get back to the classroom stuff.

I'm also going to let it be known that I'm quite busy with exams right now (it's the middle of my last year of high school), so my posting schedule probably isn't going to look great. If I haven't posted in a while, don't worry, I'll be back (probably). It'll most likely be a result of me sweating my ass off for my exams (99+ ATAR is the goal, if you don't know what that is, search up VCE).

Aside from that, buckle down and read the story of Kizutaka Rin and his journey through high school (albeit not a conventional one).

This is my first author's note on this novel. The goal is to keep this going for as long as possible. Let's see how many author's notes I can write before I finally break down mentally... I mean, make it to the conclusion of the novel.

I honestly have no idea how this is going to turn out. I've got a rough plan, but I want to let it flow naturally.

I guess, in a way, none of us will know what's going to happen. You and I will be experiencing Kizutaka-kun's life first-hand.

I suppose this is what a true story should feel like.
