It Begins

The chapter opens up with Aalto and Ozul on a train heading to a town named Aerimith the scenery as the train moves at such fast speeds is as beautiful as a lake on a summer day it would be beautiful enough for aalto to admire it and be in awe as aalto would be enjoying the beauty ozul would then walk over to where aalto is sitting and sit on a seat next to him and say

"Alright aalto first things first when we get there we can go to my place and we can drop our stuff off thankfully I believe I have an extra room that you can use, then we're going to go get you new clothes and then go back home and eat and while you're eating back at home I can go to the local bar and drink like I always do, then tomorrow I'm going to introduce you to an old friend of mine who will help you out with the necessities for my training sounds good?" Says Ozul

"Yup! " says aalto happily with a smile
Aalto would then look at the window again admiring the scenery
3 hours later they would arrive at Aerimith
Ozul and Aalto would then grab their stuff get off the train and start heading to Ozul's place 

"Alright..it's just over here," says ozul walking with aalto

as then a surprisingly decent conditioned black and brown 2-story house would be in front of them

"We're here home sweet home.. " says ozul with a sigh of relief

"It's a nice house," says aalto

"Thanks," says ozul

As ozul walked with aalto to the front door ozul would unlocked it and opened it as they walked inside aalto would then take his shoes off at the door and explored the inside; the inside were very home-like and the kitchen and living room were nice and cozy with white walls and brown couch and a nice fireplace with black and brown soft as a kitten carpet the floors would even be wood

"woahh," says aalto with a surprised yet excited expression 

"Nice place ain't it? " says ozul

"uh huh," says aalto still in awe

Aalto would then get his stuff and go upstairs
"the uhh guest room is on the right!" says ozul yelling to aalto upstairs

Aalto would then go inside the guest room and start unpacking his stuff on the bed he would pull out his dolphin toy, two books, and a locket
Aalto would then open the locket and it would be a small pic of a beautiful blue-haired lady in a white bride dress with a blue-haired man whose hair was very messy and he wore glasses and was in a groom suit and they'd both be smiling and the background would be the ocean in the distance

Aalto would then look at the pic as he would then smile and say "Don't worry Mom And Dad... I'll come find you one day..."
Aalto would then close the locket and extend the chain enough to put it on his neck like a necklace then he would put his toy and his two books on a desk then he would walk back downstairs

Ozul would then look at aalto and say "Now that I get a better look at you... your clothes are all tattered up, your hair is extremely messy and dirty and your toes are poking out of your shoes" says ozul embarrassed 

"Now I see why some people were looking at him funny..this kid needs new clothes.. " says ozul in his head

Aalto would then sit down on a chair next to ozul 

"While we go shopping we're going to get some food k?" says ozul

"Okay... OOO OOO can we get pulla?" says aalto enthusiastically raising his hand like he was in a classroom 

"Uhh what's a pulla?" says ozul curiously

"It's something Miss Cleo always made for me she said it's made from cardamom plants which are used to make the cardamom bread but she said it's also called Pulla Bread," says aalto confidently

"ah, I see..." says ozul 

"then if it's there I'll make sure to get it for you," says ozul 

Aalto would then smile as they both put their shoes on and leave then they would get into the town and start clothes shopping 

aalto would pick out sleeve shirts, t-shirts, shorts and pants, hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, and even new pairs of shoes it would be blue and white high-tops ozul would also get him some clothes for himself, and in the middle of shopping there would be no pulla but still pastry anyways so they ate some biscuits and donuts then after a while ozul and aalto would walk back home 

they'd enter the home then ozul would say "All alright aalto go take a bath and put on you're new clothes" Ozul would then get ready to head back out

Aalto would go upstairs with his bag full of his stuff but then say "Wait are you leaving again?" 

"yup going to the local bar I'll be back while you're asleep...there's food and snacks here see ya," says ozul as he would then leaves

Aalto would then go take a bath then have better-looking refreshed hair and body with new clothes as he would go on a chair downstairs and sit down bored

An hour later

"Hmmm.....hrn.... Hm......." says aalto murmuring in boredom

"Ugh, that's it! I'm going to look for ozul and see what he doing" says aalto exclaiming as he puts his new shoes on and heads out
Meanwhile, ozul is at the bar with drinking buddies

"SCHZOOOO I ZAID TWO THIZ GUY YOU BETTER CALM DOWN BEFORE I SCHLICE YOU UPP WITH MY LITTLE FRIEND HERE!!! " says ozul very drunkenly pulling his sword out and swinging it around like a fool then he continues to drink
His pals would laugh and continue being drunk with him 

Aalto would then be watching from a window and be so confused

Then ozul accidentally spills a big dude's drink
"hehehehehe..oh schzorry," says ozul as he drinks some more

The big dude would then get up and grab ozul and say "Hey... You spilled my drink... A sorry ain't going to cut it" 

Ozul would then look at the big dude and throw up everyone would gasp in disgust including aalto

"uhhh" ozul would then hiccup "My bad" As Ozul would say this the big dude would yell in anger and throw ozul outside through the window

As Aalto would get caught off guard by ozul getting thrown out the window he would then see Ozul's friends trying to beat up the big dude but they would be getting beat up pretty badly 
Ozul would groan and try to get up as he would see aalto he would then say "Oh... Heyyyy kid" As Ozul would say this he would be waving very dizzyingly

Aalto would then try to help ozul up as ozul would get up but very wobbly
ozul would then say "Alright enough rest... Gotta go kick that guy's ass now" As he'd say this he'd get up

"Wait... Wait... WAITTTT why are you going back in there???" says aalto confusingly

"Cause...sometimes aalto getting manhandled in front of your friends...will be too much...on your pride" As Ozul let out a war cry he went back in there and fought the big dude as aalto watched still confused and puzzled

Punches, kicks, nut shots anything all of the above that happens in a bar fight this fight took over the entire night aalto had already gone home and by the time ozul came back home aalto would still be asleep

The next day

Aalto and Ozul would be heading inside a small shop

The shop inside wouldn't look like your average shop there would be weapons, beverages, and books the walls would be home-like but have nice decorations the bookshelves would be filled with books of all kinds and the front desk would be the only normal-looking object

"YO CONSTANCE YOU HERE!?" As Ozul would yell 

there would be an owl arriving and speaking! Saying  "Yes... Yes... I'm here" says this owl who seems to be a female would then lands on the front desk

Aalto would then be bewildered at the fact that the owl just talked

The owl would then look at Aalto wondering why he was staring at her

Ozul would then clear his throat and whisper "Your form" 

"hm?...OH! My apologies" said the owl as she then turned into a human she had grey hair grey eyes glasses that had lenses as big as an owl's eyes and wearing librarian clothing she also seemed to be the age of mid-40s her voice would sound headstrong yet knowledgeable

She would then cross her legs while sitting on top of the front desk 

"hey Constance meet Aalto, my new student," says ozul as he would then puts his hand on Aalto's shoulder 

"nice to meet you, Miss Constance," said Aalto

"to you as well," says Constance with a smile

Aalto and Constance would then shake hands

"all right now that introductions are done we can get down to business... Constance this kid is a magician so he needs a wand" says ozul

"magician?" said aalto confusingly 

"oh right forgot to tell you about classes...since you need a stick to shoot out magic like your jer-" Before Ozul could say that last part Constance cleared her throat interrupting him

Aalto would be confused and tilt his head like a confused puppy wondering what ozul was going to say

"I'll explain... Magicians are a class of people who require a wand or a staff to use magic there are 9 other classes but ozul can fill in that information with you himself in a more mature manner...correct?" as Constance would say this in a stern voice directing it towards ozul

Ozul would get startled by Constance's stern mother-like aura

"uhh o-of course," said ozul 

"that's the first time I've ever seen ozul startled," said aalto in his mind with a surprised expression on his face 

"anyways...the kid needs a wand," says ozul
"hmm...very well I'll estimate his mana pool to see what materials would help with his mana," says Constance as she scans Aalto's mana pool and gets startled and then says 

"H-HIS MANA POOL... IT'S MAGNIFICENT!! WITH ENOUGH TIME AND TRAINING HE COULD BECOME ONE OF THE STRONGEST MANA USERS... Wait... Oh dear... does that mean he's...no... He's way too young...if I'm correct then..he could become a huge target for...her" As Constance would say this in her mind she would then breathe in and out then say 
"he would need...Yastril metal, Little Silk Core, and his blood to mend it all together for his wand so I'll find the metal and core while you figure out how to get his blood..." As Constance would say this she would go into the back of the shop for the materials

Ozul would then look for a vial then he would take the top off of it take out a knife he would then look at aalto and say 

"Don't worry kid...it'll only hurt for a second" says ozul

Aalto would then nod with a scared look on his face as he held his hand out then ozul would take his hand and cut it and let the blood drip into the vial and would let his hand go when there was enough blood in the vial Ozul would bandage Aalto's hand and then say

"See?? that wasn't so hard, was it?" says ozul

Aalto would tear up a little from the pain but he would smile through the pain

Constance would come back with the materials and then say "Is the blood ready?"

Ozul would nod then hand her the vial of blood she would look at it then look at ozul and say "That's good enough" 

Constance would then set all the materials down in a line the Yastril metal would look like a square-shaped block which also be blue-colored, and the Little Silk Core would be a white soft cloth but would also look stronger than you're average cloth

Constance would then make the materials float in the air as she would then make the metal shape into a wand and make the white cloth wrap around the handle then open the vial of blood and pour it onto the wand making the wand have markings all around it making the wand's color have a darker blue and the markings would be all around the wand 

The wand would then hover over to aalto like it instinctively knows who its master is then aalto would catch the wand and feel its power

Aalto would feel comfort curiosity and happiness emitting from the wand

"So??? How does it feel?? What do you think??" said ozul curiously

"It feels... Amazing..." says aalto with a huge smile on his face his face lit up like a kid playing with their favorite toy

"Good... Glad you like it" says Constance with a smile on her face

"All alright aalto go wait outside for me," says ozul

"Okay! Thanks, Miss Constance!" As Aalto would say this he would wave goodbye and walk outside

Constance would wave back and then look back at ozul 

Ozul would pay Constance

"Thank you" As Constance would say this she would sit down on the front desk chair

Ozul would then walk away but before he walks out Constance would say "and ozul?..."

ozul would then turn around and look at her

"That boy is special...but protect him as much as you can.. Because the older he gets... The more his mana gets stronger and leaks out...to her" says Constance with a worried look on her face

Ozul would know exactly who Constance is talking about as he would nod and then leave

Ozul would then walk out then walk toward aalto with an anxious but determined look on his face then he would hide his emotion and look normal as aalto would look at him and say
"OZUL OZUL I HAVE A WAND LOOK LOOK!!" said aalto jumping around excitedly 

Ozul would smile and say "I see it...ready to start you're training tomorrow?"

Aalto would look at ozul and say "YUP!" 

Then it would transition to the next day as aalto would have a scared look on his face running for his life which seems to be in a forest 
Aalto would be running and seeing monsters chasing him as he'd be wearing a blue and white long-sleeve shirt with black shorts and his new shoes while holding on to his wand

Ozul would then yell from a far distance saying "COME ON AALTO HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN HOW TO USE YOUR MAGIC ALREADY!?" 

Aalto would be too focused on trying to survive then he would trip and fall a hill stumbling and hurting himself and then finally land on a bush
"ow..." said aalto as he heard some monsters growling in the distance he hid behind a tree breathing in and out trying to catch his breath
Aalto would then think back to what ozul told him

Flashback to a few hours ago

Aalto and Ozul would walk through a forest and then stop at an open area

Ozul would look at aalto and then say "Now that you know what your class is... I'll tell you the other classes" 

Ozul would then clear his throat then say "There are ten classes in total..Magicians like normal ones that stay behind and pew pew with their spells and there are ones who are called battle mages who enhance their weapon of choice with their magic and fight similar to a warrior class you following me still?"

Aalto would nod and listen closely

Ozul would then say "Good...those are Magicians the next ones is the Warrior class who focus on using light weapons like knives, swords, and stuff like that I am a Warrior class and there is also the Summoner class who summons animals and creatures of any kind to aid them in combat "

"ohhh okay," says Aalto

"the next ones are Curers they are the healer class who heals wounds and other stuff and the Marksman Class is the class that specializes in using long-range weapons without using magic like bows and arrows and guns," says Ozul

"OOO OOO I HAVE A QUESTION," says aalto enthusiastically while raising his hand

"uhh.. YES! aalto you may speak," says ozul playing along and pointing to aalto like a teacher

"what about the ones who use magic with their guns and stuff??" says aalto curiously 

"Great question and I'll get into that..all right so those first five classes are the common classes people in this world usually have. Now for the last five classes." says ozul

"These last five classes are the more superior versions of the first five classes for Magicians It's Sorcerers this class is similar to Magicians but doesn't require a wand or a staff to use magic in fact they can use magic with just their hands and they're more powerful," says ozul

"ohh okay that makes sense," says aalto

"Good..now for an answer to your previous question there is a class that is like the Marksman class they're called the Hunter class they can both use their long-range weapons with and without magic but it would benefit them better to use magic," says ozul 

"ohhh okay," says aalto

"Now for the Warrior class, the superior class are Barbarians this class specializes in heavy weapons like hammers, maces, axes any big and heavy weapon you can think of for Summoners it's Necrosummoners instead of summoning live and well animals and creatures this class summons the undead similar to a necromancer instead they summon zombie-like creatures to aid them.."

Aalto would look in disgust just thinking about it

"Yeah...nasty stuff... And last but not least for Curers it's Clerics this class uses holy magic to heal wounds and can also cure ailments like poison and others..all right that's all ten classes any questions before we move on?" says ozul 

Aalto would shake his head no

"all right good...now for you..you're going to need two offensive spells and one defense spell I'll show you" As Ozul would say this he would walk over to a tree

Aalto would follow him 

"all right hold you're wand out and point it to this tree and think of water coming out of your wand but instead of it being huge think of it as small and fast and then shoot it out and don't forget to name the spell" as ozul would say this he would take a step back

Aalto would then go to the tree and follow his directions 

As aalto imagines the spell name he would also imagine water forming out of the tip of the wand and he would condense it into a small ball of water 

Ozul would be amazed and then say "Okay good! Now say the spell name and shoot it out" 

Aalto would then open his eyes then say "Vesiraketti!! (Water Rocket in English)"

A small ball of water would shoot out of the wand but instead of hitting the tree it would splash on ozul

"OZUL I DID- oh..." As Aalto said this he would then turn and see ozul all wet

Aalto would then say "Sorry..." in a very apologetic way

Ozul would sigh and then say "Ugh... It's fine just.. Continue practicing while I go dry off" As Ozul would say this he would then go get a towel from the house since the forest that they are in is just a huge backyard for the house

A few minutes later 

ozul came back all dried up and with a backpack with stuff like food and towels and would see Aalto

Aalto would be practicing and then say in his head "If it's going that way... Maybe if I change the trajectory of the water at the second it releases it'll go in the direction I want it to go..."

 aalto would then try his hypothesis out and it would work and hit the tree

Aalto would jump up and down happily 

"Good job kid," said ozul approvingly

Aalto would then look at ozul and say "Thanks!"

"Now that you've figured that out we can do your defensive spell then your second offense spell. Now.. What I want you to do is imagine a force field made out of your magic that shoots out of your wand" says ozul

Aalto would then say "Okay.." and then he would do what ozul says and imagine a force field and say "Vesisuoja! (means Water Barrier in English)" 

A magic barrier made out of water would activate around aalto coming out of his wand but it would be very weak and last a few seconds and as it deactivated it would exhaust aalto a little bit

"took a little out of you, didn't it? we'll take a quick snack break then continue" says ozul as he takes out two bags of nutritional but good small sweets he gives one to aalto and then hands him a sandwich and a bottle of juice
Ozul would have the same thing then they would both eat

 an hour later snack break is done

"all right now that snack break is done let's continue. Now that you have one offense spell and a defense spell you'll need a strong offense spell that'll help you out in a jiffy" says ozul

"wait. What about my defense spell? I haven't perfected it yet" says aalto confused 

"well it'll take too long to completely perfect your spells in time for the entrance exam so for now you just need the spells so you can master them during the forest training instead of focusing on it only," says ozul

"ohh okay that makes sense," says aalto

"good... Remember that spell you did against Alice to protect me? That'll be your strong offense spell" says ozul

Aalto would then think back to what ozul was talking about then he would remember "ohhh that! yeah, I'll try that"

 As Aalto would say this he would remember the spell name and point his wand to a tree gather a lot of mana then say "Vesitykki! (means Water Cannon in English)" 

A huge gush of water would shoot out of the wand and go through the tree and make a huge hole into the tree making it collapse the spell would then pierce through a few more trees in its path then disperse

Aalto and Ozul would look at the destruction with a very surprised faces and then aalto would collapse from using up his mana

As aalto drifted into sleep he would hear ozul say "Now that you have your two offense spells and defense spell we can start the forest training the next time you wake up the training will consist of you surviving in the wild and I can't help you with the food you have to endure this for 4 months...good luck..." aalto would then fully fall unconscious

Two hours later 

Aalto would then be awakened to the sound of growling hungry creatures ready to feast on him aalto would then start to run as we'd go back to the present

Aalto would gather mana in his wand and then run as the creatures would chase after him he would then shoot some trees down with his spell and some trees would fall on some creatures and some would halt their path and while some would jump over the trees 

Ozul would be watching all this with binoculars with a worried expression then he would say "Let's hope you survive this..for both me and you aalto."
