Chapter 12:

Issue #12

Bio-Stream Volume 1

Usagi looked around, thinking it was strange that a town underneath Zone City was inside a warehouse. He scratched his head thinking this was something out of a movie he even pinched himself thinking he was dreaming but he wasn’t it was actually reality. The town looked almost destroyed like it was in ruins the buildings looked over centuries old and the streets looked to be very faded like the lines on the road were completely covered and the area was filled with debris like a nuclear war happened. Usagi couldn’t understand why was this Bloodmaker guy inside this warehouse with a town that looked completely rundown to him it was labeled to be a ghost town because it was destroyed and it was underground so he guesses Zone City was built on top of this old town because the place was showing its age by the few cars that were left on the road even though they were totaled and some looked barely recognizable.

Usagi continued walking through the streets to see if there was a sign or something that would at least tell him where he was. The place gave off a devastating vibe just looking at the place would make a person tear up because of the pain and heartache the people of this town must’ve been through when this town fell apart. Usagi saw a newspaper laying in the street it was dirty and kinda torn but Usagi picked it up and took a look at it to find a date or name of the town or the time period. He started reading as carefully well he started reading what he could on the paper because the words on the paper were faded except for a paragraph or two. He came across a name that said, Murasaki Parker declared President of Quartz Town but the year was scratched off the newspaper making Usagi raise an eyebrow he saw blue marks on the newspaper but it didn’t bleed through the paper it was like something just touched the paper.

He pulled out his phone and took a quick picture of the blue marks on the newspaper and the name of the town and the picture of the man name Murasaki Parker. He was a man who looked to be in his early 40s with purple long hair in a ponytail with hazel eyes wearing a black business suit with a long purple hoodie jacket with black pants with a crooked smile on his face looking youthful despite his age. Usagi also noticed the people in the background of the photo one of them being mayor Sudachi in his early 20s and this made Usagi question what was going on and what’s the story behind this Bloodmaker guy and what’s his connection to the deceased president and Mayor Sudachi.

Micheal was holding the camera as Sabrina was driving the car through the city with the radio blasting because she didn’t want to take a chance on them losing any info on where The Bloodmaker might appear next. “This is insane, the fact a person like Bloodmaker made more than one appearance within hours something’s up and we’re gonna find the city of Zone can count on Sabrina Jones Vaz and Micheal Vaz to get the job done. Though we find it odd our dear viewers that Mayor Sudachi hasn’t made a public statement about this mysterious new criminal, especially with a lot of blood on his hands. Though we are hopeful that the Bio-Stream warrior will come to confront this foe some might be questioning if he can defeat the man known as Bloodmaker. Let us know in the comment section about your opinions,” Sabrina said addressing her viewers with Micheal pointing the camera at her as she continued driving coming up near the mayor’s office.

Micheal pointed the camera at the mayor’s office seeing a gang of people with cameras and notepads trying to get the mayor to comment on the safety of the city now there’s a criminal with powers running amuck. Mayor Sudachi was being protected by security trying to get to his car so he could get to a meeting to discuss matters. He was trying not to discuss his opinions on the matter because he was taught that there was a time and a place for giving an opinion and a time and place for giving the facts by his predecessors that were the mayor before him.

“Well, dear viewers it seems Mayor Sudachi has gotten himself in a pickle which is probably caused by his lack of reaction as pertains to this whole Bloodmaker debacle but it appears he hasn’t given the press anything to go on, as usual, the man we elect to help our city can’t even give us the scoop on his plans to dealing with the Bloodmaker situation it’s almost like he’s just as terrified as we are yet we’re our here trying to fight the good battle,” Sabrina said as Micheal nodded. “Hello, dear viewers you can’t see me but I’m the cameraman Micheal Vaz, Sabrina’s husband I wanted to add in my two senses for this special podcast episode on The Mysterious Bloodmaker when I headed out to the crime scene of where the Bloodmaker made his first appearance to find that the evidence was gone like the cops only had found a hand full of evidence that’s only gonna lead them on a wild goose chase that will help them get nowhere so I’m detecting someone is covering up the Bloodmaker’s tracks like The Bloodmaker isn’t working alone hmm strange isn’t it? What are your thoughts?” he asked as the comment section started filling up with even more people reacting to both statements and questions from Micheal and Sabrina. “Well viewers it appears you’re all looking for an explanation then we shall head to the dock area where the evidence disappeared,” she said making a u-turn to head to the dock area where Bloodmaker first struck by killing a bunch of dock workers.

At the local airport, a woman in her late 20s stepped off the plane with guys running over to her with umbrellas to protect her from the rain she had aquamarine hair and it looked short but still went down to her neck and she was in a dress with black long boots on with a leather jacket trying to look like a 1980s punk rock band groupie. She spits her gum out on the ground as two other men carried her bags over to the black limo. “Alrighty boys you the destination let’s go see my dear daddy,” she said getting into the car as the men puts her stuff in the trunk and closed her door and got in, and drove off heading to the hospital.
