“I hate Kai!”

“Did something happen between you and Kai?”

“He want to break up with me!”

“Did he told you his reason?”

“He said he will continue his studying overseas and he afraid that we cant see each other often enough. That’s why he want to break up me!”

I felt like this problems need to be settle faster. I’m still stuck at Yui’s problem and now with Ai’s problem. Really, I cant catch a breath enough.

“Yuka.”

“What is it?”

“Maybe you are the one he like after all.”

“What do you mean?”

“Look! He even still avoid to look at my eyes properly during date. That’s why I thought he didn’t like me after all! Look at you, you are a good singer and pretty, compared to me, im just a normal person you can found anywhere.”

What she is talking about? I feel so angry looking at her right now. Because of Kai want to break up with her, she is acting like this.

“Don’t give me that stupid reason! What are thinking right now?! Because of what Kai said to you, you start to thinking negatively?! Are you stupid?!”

“Why are you angry with me?! In the first place, all of this is your fault! If only you are not the one he like, everything is okay for me!”

“What is your proof that Kai is like me?!”

“He always asking about you when we went for a date! He said that you will become a successful person in the future but he never praise me like that!”

“But-“

“Do you know what I feel now?!”

Again, with that question. Why? Is all of this happen because of I cant understand what other people’s feeling? Maybe that was the reason after all.

“Right. All of this happens because of me. Are you satisfied right now?”

“Wait, Yuka! I don’t mean-“

“Even so, half of this is because of you! If you have feelings about Kai, should not you try harder?! Why you need to blame all to me?”

“That…”

“And you always blame your surrounding for something bad that happen because of you!”

I feel that my heart become much lighter. I have said all of the truth that I kept inside my heart for a long time.

“I’m sorry. I know that I am the one who at fault. Yuka, can you forgive me?”

“Of course! We are friends right?”

Then, Ai wake up from her seat and slowly approach me.

“What are you doing, Ai? Why are you suddenly hug me?”

“I’m afraid, Yuka. I still want to be with Kai. I want to tell him that but I’m afraid he will hate me.”

“Don’t worry. Both you have been dating for almost five years. How he can hate you?”

“But how ?”

“You need to believe me! I have an idea!”

A few days later, I ask Ai to invite Kai to our home. At first, she seem reluctant about that but finally she agree with my idea.

“Are you sure about this, Yuka? Don’t you think this plan are so sudden?”

“Don’t worry! Just do like we plan! I will support you later! I think Kai is here! Hear that knock!”

“Why I am so nervous?”

Then, Ai open the door and see Kai is standing in front of her.

“Ai, hello? I’m.. here.”

“Yes. You are here.”

Why both them look so awkward? Like a student want confess to their crush.

“Welcome to our house, Kai! Please come in!” I decided to interrupt.

“Thanks for inviting me today! So, Ai what is that you want to say to me?”

“Kai, should we eat first?”

“Right! I feel so hungry right now!”

I go to my room so that they can have time for themselves. Now, I’m just waiting for next plan.

“Kai, when do you will go to Australia?”

“Next week. After we done with our final exam.”

“Really? If I said I want to with you, will you let me then?”

“But didn’t you said that you will work here at Japan? And you don’t to work another place.”

“That is old me. Now, I really want to go with you!”

“Can you let me think first? I should think how I will find money for you to join me.”

“Hahaha! I’m just kidding! You always serious! But that what I like about you.”

“Come on, Ai!”

“Hey, Kai?”

“What is it?”

“Are you really want to break up with me?”

“I don’t know. The truth is I’m afraid that you will wait for me too long. Also, maybe you will find another man better than me. That’s why I decided to break up with you.”

“Are you stupid?! Why I will find another man better than you when you is better enough for me! If you worry about me waiting for you too long, I don’t care about that! Five years, ten years or maybe twenty years, I will always waiting for you. So, don’t you dare to break up with me for these stupid reasons!”

“Ai…”

That’s my girl! I can heard everything that Ai said from my room. She really doing her best right now. I think its almost my time to go with next plan.

“Kai, actually, there is other reason I’m invited you here.”

“What is it?”

“Yuka, music!”

I take my guitar and while playing with it, I slowly walk to the dining table where they sit at.

“Maybe this is first and last time I sing for you, Kai. But if you want me to sing again , you can ask me anytime. The title of this song is ‘Because I’m Always Loving You’. I hope you enjoy it!”

After that, Kai gets up from his seat and walked toward Ai that still crying. I realized that now I should go back to my room. I don’t want to disturb their precious moment.

“Ai, I’m sorry for what I have done to you. I don’t know that you love me so much. I’m sorry for hurting you.”

“Stupid! Y-you should know we have been dating for a long time and have known each other since we were children. Y-you can’t even r-realize that?!”

“You need to stop talking. You look so ugly right now!”

“S-shut up, stupid!”

“Ai, I will always love you.”

“Me t-too. W-wait! D-do you w-want to k-k-kiss me right now?”

“Of course. There is nobody here besides us. You should close your eyes, Ai.”

I only can hear until that. What happens after that, I will imagine it myself. I’m so glad that Ai finally let her true feelings out. I’m so happy for both. The plan is a success! Now, Yui’s problem is left to be settled.
