Dragonborn Arc | Chapter 2: "Powers of a Dragonborn"

I don't know if it's related but ever since I absorbed that dragon's soul, my stamina is through the roof I feel like I could take on 5 bears. The crazy part is my armor feels like light armor now. In fact my whole body feels lighter. I wonder if I can fly, I jump up to no avail. “Damn, I can't even get dragon wings. What was the point of killing that dragon?”“You don't seem pleased, even after gaining powers from the superior race, dragons.” “Who's there?”“It's me peimrenos, the black. You killed me earlier and I'm speaking with you telepathically from the land of the beyond. It seems my soul resides inside you. Maybe I can be resurrected if you take care of my soul. In the name of peimrenos and my honor as a dragon I'm entrusting you with the task of resurrecting me.” “In my honor as a dwarf and the clan name, Lothbrok. I will fulfill your final request. Anyway what kinds of abilities did I gain from absorbing your soul?” “How should I know I assume any ability a dragon should possess. Like fire breath, dragon skin, etc. Try dragon skin it works by channeling mana throughout the body covering ones self in a mana armor cloak hardening the skin to be as tough as any Grandmaster quality metal.”So I channel mana throughout my body, simple enough. “Let's give this a shot.” I feel the mana around me in the air follow into my body as I feel it follow throughout my body. I then begin cloaking my entire body in a mana like skin. “That's it you are doing it keep it up. Now try cutting your arm with your axe.” I grab my axe and swing it as hard as I can, I was a little scared I was about to amputate my arm. As my axe connects it bounces off as I hear a loud metal clang sound. I decided to give fire breath a try. I breathe in the air as it heats up around me, sucking in the mana around me. I let out the breath as a huge fireball shoots out my mouth blasting a huge ass boulder into chunks of rock. “Now for the hard part, my special ability is pocket dimension. It's quite a difficult and heavy mana cost so we likely only have one shot at it.”
