Valentines day with a cute tsundere

"Happy Valentines day!" I said as I handed Nina a card.

"Huh? Why are you giving me a card and a box of chocolates?" she asked.

"Because that's what you do on Valentines day."

"Oh, right, things are a bit different in America, is that why you're giving ME chocolates?"

"Yeah. Now that I think about it, don't girls usually give guys chocolate on Valentines day in Japan?"

"Right, and a month later on white day, the guys return the favor."

"I've never celebrated white day here, then again when I was a kid, we were taught to hand out valentines cards to everyone in our class."

"So that was your form of giving out obligation chocolates?"

"Guess you could interpret it that way, though I'm actually not a big chocolate eater myself."

"Oh, well guess that doesn't make me feel as bad that I couldn't make any for you."

"Don't worry, at the rate our love for each other is increasing, you'll be able to cook food for me any minute."

"You really know how to make me feel better, though I want to give you something."

"How bout this?" I asked as I held up some packs of fundip candy.

"Fundip? What's that?"

"A sugary candy. One year I got some for valentines and have loved them ever since. Wanna eat some with me?"

"Sure!"

We then sat on the couch and ate the fundip.

"This really is a nice Valentines day," Nina smiled.

"I couldn't agree more," I smiled as I gave Nina a hug and kiss.
