Leap day with a cute tsundere

"Uh, what are you reading?" Nina asked.

"'Leap day!' It's a light novel, about leap day," I nodded.

"There's only like two words."

"But this novel is only on sale on leap days."

"Once every four years, huh. I never got why they didn't just give February 30 days."

"I heard August ended up getting 31 days mainly because the guy the month was named after didn't want his month to have less days than July. Besides, even if February had 30 days, two other months would likely have to drop to 30 days as well, and then one of them would get the extra day on leap year anyway."

"Well, guess it is fun to celebrate leap day on a leap year. I guess the months can be fine as is."

"Glad to hear it," I smiled.
