Rules of survival.

She had to obey. There was no protecting her from her father.

"Please stop!!", exclaimed her mother, grabbing her fathers legs,"She's just a child!"

"Shut up!!", said he, kicking her mother in the stomach, making her unable to move.

Her legs had no strength in it to stand up.

"Did you not here me? I said to stand up.", said her father, looking down on her.

The same thing repeated over and over until she fell unconscious. At the end, when she couldn't stand up at all, she tried her best to stand up, taking support from the table beside her, but then her father hit her hands with his belt.

"Who told you that you can take help?"

He was a man who loved violence, not differentiating between his family and children. He abused all without mercy.

"Tsk.", her father said, before pushing her away from her sight and going out of the house, slamming the door.

The eyes of her mother cleared up, as she woke up from unconsciousness," where am I?"

Before she realised, she saw her daughter in the unconscious state. It was horrible. She rushed to her, before picking her up in her arms and hugging her tightly. Ayane's legs became blackened and blue tinted because of the abuse. It had started to swell as well. Her mother was at a loss, not to mention the burning anger she felt.

"I won't let this happen to you anymore. This is too much."

Tears fell down Ayane's cheeks, while she was unconscious. Later that week, he got arrested and got divorced by her wife. He got imprisoned for six months for the horrible abuse.

All of these memories of her was bought back by his voice.

"Listen here! I know you have the keys to the door! Open up!

"Obey. Obey. Obey. Obey. I-if I have to survive, I have to obey.", the voice of her head called out again.

Her eyes went blank. Her face lost its expression, her mind was not processing what she could do.

Having no other option, she opened the door, with the spare keys that in her mother's room.

That face of his father was enough to make her unconscious.

"Tsk. Not this again.", said he, picking up Ayane by her hair, while she was still unconscious, before throwing her away.

He entered the house, closing the door, before making a mess in every single room, searching for money and jewellery that her mother had.

By the time Ayane was up, she saw herself tied up and her mouch shut by scotch tape, and her father sitting on the couch, while she was on the floor.

He picked up by her hair again, which hurted her to the point she started to cry.

"If you say anything about me to your mother or anyone. Remember this. I will be coming for you.", his eyes were cold, with anger and hatred.

He left the house, before throwing her down, with all the money they had, and went missing ever since.
