My First Versus!

Sooo, it's been some time. 3 months, to be exact. And now I'm 9 months old. I can somewhat walk now, which even surprised my mother and my aunt.

And now I can somewhat understand basic language. ''Zame'' means mother! ''Tazame'' means Aunt! ''Dato'' means Sister etc etc. I can understand the context of the conversation, though even basic conversations I can't understand fully.

For an example, this means something like ''I'm a mother!''. Ik meaning ''I''. My mother said this to her sister, whom is the woman holding me at my birth, whom is also my aunt. It made sense after connecting the dots.

Talking about my mother, my aunt and me being a baby. Something strange happened. My hair started to grow a little bit and they reacted like they saw a, how can say this... a monster. I had no idea why then but now I may know the reason, well a little bit.

My sister also started to grow hair, hers was a really bright white. My mother had a somewhat dark white hair, my aunt's was a bit brighter. Though my hair was completely black. Which was strangely my hair color when I was a human.

I can understand the surprise but geez, calm down a little. My aunt tried to cast a spell on me and I freaked out, first time I actually cried like a baby. Though, luckily they didn't hurt me in the end.

Anyways! Enough lore-dumping, time to learn some magic!

I had only 4 skills last time I checked, and I tried a lot to activate or awaken them. I tried to shout out the skill name, though soon I realized I was a baby, I tried to click it, though soon I realized it is not possible, then I tried to focus on it. Though, I soon realized that it is possible and it worked!

Shadow Magic Mastery Level 0
Description: The power to bend and manipulate the shadows to the users will. A very rare ability, usually exclusive to specific races that have a powerful bond with the soul. Powers include but not limited to, seeing the skills and masteries of people, collecting and storing shadows, awakening shadows.

The power to bend and manipulate the shadow, it may be a cool skill with extremely powerful abilities or it could be a skill... to maybe change the shape of your shadow. Going off the description, I'll go with the former.

Occultism Magic Mastery Level 0
Description: The power to summon almighty celestial beings. An extremely rare ability with only a few people being born with it, and a lot lesser being able to learn it. Powers include but not limited to summoning Archangels, Archdemons, Ghouls, Fallen Souls.

W-w-w-wh- What am I l-looking a-at? It's a big black bug that is double the size of my baby-hand, with horns at it's head. It's currently trying to get up since it fell backwards.

Yes I know I just got reincarnated in a magical world where magic and seeing a bug probably shouldn't be that scary anymore... but...

Well, the bug finally got up an-

WAIT THE BUG JUST STOOD UP!

ITS CHARGING DIRECTLY AT ME AAAAAAAH-

I start crawling to the opposite direction, but that bug is FAST. Even faster than my baby hands and legs. It's closing the distance between us,

AS IF I WOULD LET THAT HAPPEN!

I get up and walk as fast as I can, I would try to run but I would probably fell over.

I get tired and look behind me, wait the bug stopped for a bit. Finally! Time to catch some breath.

There's literally nothing I can do except walk away! Even if I wake up my sister she's a baby as well, and my mother is out for groceries. Where the hell is my aunt at a moment like this!?!? A feeble baby is being chased by a demon bug! 

Maybe I should try to use some magic? But I only looked at their description! I don't even know if I can use them!

OH NO THE BUG STARTED WALKING AGAIN AAAAAHHHH!

Dark Elf Sapriina Xalbend (...) has leveled up by 1! User is now level 1!

I walked so much while I was trying to escape th I leveled up, I would be happy if THIS BUG WASN'T CHASING ME!

5 Skill points have been given, permission to to level up masteries and skills have been given.

Oh, OH, OOOOHH! I feel something inside me awaken, no my skills are still 0. But something feels different. 

I look at the bug menacingly, and I can see it's shadow waving. 

Skill Shadow Sight is awakening...

Heh, I was only but a pray all this time. But know with this brand new epiphany, I summon thee, Shadow Sight 0!

Suddenly, the bug stops and shakes. But then it starts running again.

Wait, a yellow aura appeared around it. I-Is i-it faster?
IT LITERALLY DASHES TOWARDS ME!

It touches my feet...

I immediately fall to the ground and our eyes -or heads?- meet.
I use Shadow Sight and the bug starts to waver, and also it's shadow?
I kick the bug and it gets stunned for a bit.

A bit isn't enough actually, it got stunned for -probably- a whole minute.

Skill Shadow Sight has levelled up by 1! Skill is now level 1!

Shadow Sight is level 1 now! And its shadow is still waving?
The bug dashes towards me again and therefore I kick it again.
It gets blown towards the wall and doesn't even flinch a bit.

Its shadow also looks too opaque now, is it dying?
Well, THERE'S NO WAY I'M MISSING THIS OPPORTUNITY!

Demonic Lohen Bug LvL 5 has been defeated.
Dark Elf named Sapriina (...) has leveled up from 1 to 2!

I kicked him around 7 times, he should be dead now. I think. I hope. I absolutely hate bugs, hate is a strong word and they deserve it.
