Hold onto my hands.

"Is this the place?"

"Yes. We are here. Was I able to fulfill your expectations?"

"Yes. I didn't think about this."

"It's because of that I said to you on that night, I thought it might be good."

"Yeah I remember."

"You did?"

"How can I forget? And it's my first time visiting a zoo too."

"Huh? Are you serious?"

"Yes."

He was shocked. Some people really had not experienced the things that are considered normal for others.

"Well then, I will make your first time the best one."

He went ahead, extending his hand towards her.

"Shall we enter?"

"Sure!", she happily agreed to his call.

They entered the zoo, holding hands. There were greeted with the wonderful atmosphere of different animals and atmospheres.

"Ooh, is that a giraffe?"

"Yes. Wanna get closer to it?"

"Sure."

They went towards the giraffe cage. They were peacefully eating the leaves of the high trees.

"Giraffes have long necks right?"

"Yeah."

"I saw on the internet. When they fight, they fight with their necks."

"Is that so?"

"They look like helicopters while doing it though. It was funny."

Her attention was quickly diverged to the other animals, her curiosity peaked and it was at times overwhelming for an extrovert like Kanako to handle too. She was like a little child, and its first time seeing this.

In the middle of all these, her attention caught on to a horse cart. She had never ridden one before, and she was excited to see one.

"Wanna ride that?"

"Can I?", she said, with star eyes.

"Sure you can."

They went closer to the horse cart. The horses saw Ayane looking at them in wonder, and they took their head to her arms reach to be petted by her. At first she was hesitant, but then she overcame it.

"Seems like the horses really like you."

"I don't know. Maybe because I have hair similar to their tails?"

Kanako noticed something. She was actually very innocent in nature. Sometimes her questions makes him giggle, like this time.

"Why are you laughing? Did I say something weird?"

"Not gonna tell. We should get inside the cart now, otherwise it will be filled up."

He went up ahead, picking up a spot for them. As he looked down, he saw Ayane a bit distressed about the height of the steep stairs. It was very difficult for her to get up the cart.

"Hold onto my hands.", said Kanako, sticking out his hand.

This time, Kanako really impressed Ayane. He picked her up in an instant with ease, despite her weight. It surprised her.

"Kanako-kun, you are really strong, aren't you?"

"You flatter me.", he said, a little flushed.

"It's the truth though."

"Maybe its the opposite? Maybe you need to eat more."

"Hey, it's rude to comment on a girl's weight.", she pouted a bit.

"Ok ok I am sorry. The ride is going to start."
