Punishment

Ryuuta Yanagi was having peaceful daily life when suddenly they were transferred into another world created by a creature. The process of of transfer to this another world was itself brutal where all of the students from <class 2-B> had to die getting hypnotized by the so called sensei as a ritual to get transferred to the world that the Sensei created. The world was actually the size of the school and it was the whole school itself and logic didn't apply to this world afterall. They were forced to play ruthless games and on their second day of survival and of Ryuuta making new friends have done murdered and they got called by the creature about that.

<9:AM | Cafeteria> <10th March>

Shikome is quiet and is not her usual self.

"Open your mouth Miyabi say aan~".

He is feeding himself mumbling stuff like that.

I got preety used on living here even if only a day have passed. We played stupid rock-paper-scissors and who knew a mere game like that would get us in life and death situation and lost Miyabi. And after losing Hoshizora Miyabi, Haruno Izaki was broken and completely lost his mind.

"M-Miyabi...Miyabi...Miya-"

Just accept her death Izaki, stop it...just looking at you making my heart ache. This bittersweet world where i thought we all be meeting up together, surving this world and getting out together. But in first day only we lost someone precious to us.

Its awkward, I haven't spoken to anyone of them since yesterday. I couldn't bring up what to even say.

I started staring at Shikome at her mark she recieved at night, I frowned.

"W-what?" shikome noticed I was staring at her.

"N-nothing Its just are you okay after what happened yesterday."

"Yeah don't worry about it...also thanks for saving me yesterday." She smiled.

"Sorry...I couldn't stop Izaki yesterday."

"Sorry? It was my fault...If only I didn't get caught up in that situation...Izaki wouldn't have done that..."

I stayed quiet after that.

"Shikome...you heard that announcement on speakers right...". I brought the topic about the announcement.

"......" Shikome stays quiet after i brought up.

"I wonder if Me and Izaki are going to be killed for the commotions we created earlier and...Izaki even killed Sanohara."

"Ryuuchi what are we getting by this pointless death."

She changed the topic because it was disturbing to her. She didn't want anymore pointless death.

"Only sensei knows." I say.

"That creature killed a guy for no reason...During rock-paper-scissors twenty-one from forty-four of us got wiped out. Then later you and Izaki saved me and we lost another guy. Total twenty three of them got wiped out like a folk of ants getting crushed under a rock in just single day. Do you think that brain-dead mother fu*ker have any intentions to keep us alive."

Yes most of us already got it too but no one could bring it up having little bit of hope of surviving the death game. Some of us already got the resolve to win. In the monitor when we first entered classroom <3-C> There was clearly written that clearing this world will get us a prize. But we don't know how to clear. Is only one of us going to survive?

"Do you think there is a glitch in this imperfect world Ryuuchi?"

"I don't think it's even possible of us to be certain and attempting to do so might also get us killed."

"We will use Ekichi."

"You mean that blonde guy....but use him how."

Shikome had an Idea in her mind so I let her speak her mind.

"We threat him and use him to kill sensei... I mean the creature."

"K-kill sensei?"

No matter how much you think of it killing sounds like an impossible task and trying to do so might get us all killed.

"Look we can't stay dancing on her palms we are running out of time, the creature said we can ask three questions every month that means we don't know how long this suffering game will keep on going. I don't even know if she is lying but the way most of us got wiped out instantly...I don't think she would let us live anyway...Is there even any way to win."

"T-thats what i am saying...I don't think we can even kill her."

"We can try right? Ekichi that scumbag do you think someone like him deserves to keep on living? Ryuuchi think of it."

"....."

I don't think this will work out but what Shikome saying is correct I don't think there is chance of us to survive and would let us live anyway. So i just nod agreeing to her going with the flow of her plan.

<11:00 AM | School Stadium>

All 21 of the survivors gathered as the creature announced in basketball court. Everyone looks pale in horror. Ryuuta, Izaki and Shikome were mixed up in the gathering.

"I saw it Sonohara was murdered yesterday I don't know who killed him and Dany also suffered injury to his eyes that he is blind now."

Ekichi and Dany enters the School stadium.

"Hey look Its them."

Everyone gathered them around with many questions but no one dared to come near Izaki. But its not like they know who murdered Sanohara.

"......." They are keeping their mouth shut for some reason.

I whispered to Shikome's ears.

"Who is Dany?"

"Sigh- he is a professional boxer at U-18 state level but still...how did a guy like him end up in this condition by you."

"...." Honestly I don't know my adrenaline overflowed and before I knew anything I just beat him up with my impulse and stayed quiet at Shikome's statement.

I noticed Shikome being oddly clingy to Izaki whose eyes looked like dead fish not uttering any word like before.

"Is Izaki doing alright..."

"Due to shock he was acting up like that, but now it seems he has calmed down a lot."

I sighed at relief.

[clap-clap-clap-clap]

"Everyone your cute sensei is back~ If you are wondering why I wasn't in your sight I was doing a little ritual for summonings hehe.~"

"Summonings...."

"Yes summonings." she looks at me hearing my mumbling.

"But before your next game I have to tell you that you have disappointed me. I was sure no one would kill any person when its <rest time>. The more the players the more fun it is~."

"W-what will you do to the murderer?" Shikome glares at her with bloodlust.

"Isn't that obvious to clear them, I don't want anyone interfering with my game plans you know its very hard to set-up every games. Plus i am sure many of you actually want to win this game right?" She smirks.

Yes It was when we first entered <Classroom 3-C> the monitor got us that hell of introduction with the winner prize.

{Message In The Monitor}

Dear players, welcome to sensei's world. Here you will be participate in games and survive. There are no rules but please don't interfere what sensei plans for game or you will face heaven or hell? In short death. Winner of the game will be getting a reward.

Reward: Become God.

You all have your smartphones with you. When a person dies everyone will recieve a text message about the number of survivors left or when sensei is ready with a new game.

I gulped knowing there will be these people who will be playing seriously. Like Rei and the guy who died before who actually believed this creature as god... maybe I am wrong and she seriously a goddess/god. Because the only possible way to believe that he was god because he created this world and maybe he would give us the fraction of his power if one happens to win.

The sensei's speech continues-

"Haruno Izaki step forward." Chill shudder through my spines when she bluntly called his name.

Izaki let go of Shikome's hand and stepped forward.

"What would you do if you become God?"

"Save Miyabi...."

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Save Miyabi? That cute girlfriend of yours??? aren't you the one who killed her????"

The creature is enjoying I can clearly see and her terrible laugh is creepy.

"NO ITS NOT IZAKI'S FAULT-."

I quickly put one of my hand on Shikome's mouth and wouldn't let it go gripping her tightly. I wouldn't want her loss after all.

"........Save Miyabi....yes!...oh thats simple...i only have to save Miyabi and revive her...."

"Yep~ You could have revive her if you were a god...if you won this game ."

"won? sensei you are genius I still have time haha if I can win this game that means i can save ...wait did you just say if you won this game?

"exactly because you are disqualified."

Stop it... please let Izaki go...I couldn't bring myself to step forward knowing I could get myself killed too. She is insane so I had no other option. I gritted my teeth and bite my lips until i bleed.

The other students started to step backwards knowing what scenario will come.

"You know its lame that humans are that easy to lose their lives." [Snaps]

The snap sound I heard and [BLURTTFFFFF] Izaki's stomach got wound out of nowhere spilling his intestine out with crimson red blood started to pour out.

Shikome Hits me with her elbow and escape my grip and dashes towards Izaki. Everyone is quiet its like they got used to the deaths but that doesn't means the horror reflected to their face. They weren't calm at all its just like me. We couldn't do anything and couldn't take any risks showing our imotions.

"IZAKI...IZAKI ANSWER ME!"

I looked towards them and Shikome isn't calling Izaki Izacchi anymore.

"Shiko...me....sorry I messed up again."

"Don't say any words I am sure it will be fine if you take rest haha...

"I-its useless... can't you see my situation..khaff-khaff."

I slowly came near Izaki and hold his hand.

"Ryuuta...live...take care of Shikome for Miyabi and Me..."

".....sorry I couldn't stop you that t-time it's my fault."

He nods as tears falls down through his face.

"I will be meeting up....Miyabi s..oo..n...I am happy I am escaping this hopeless world...."

<11:38 AM>

Izaki was smiling as if he truly meant it. [Buzz-Buzz] Everyone in the basketball court checks up their phone and that was the moment when Haruno Izaki was no more with us. My heart was aching again seeing Izaki's lifeless body. Here life's value is like nothing that anyone could be dead any moment. I feel bitter... everything looks blurry and then my eyes went on Shikome who is down on her knees crying.

Shikome got broken completely. She was crying aloud I went towards her slowly with grief on my face and hold her tightly In my arms. And thats where I made up my mind.

"I won't let you die no matter what."
