Chapter 19 ' The Unknown '

All the girls look surprised at the revelation but before they can react a loud sound comes from the waterfall and everyone turns to look at it , in the scene a man with 22 angel wings on his back and a shining Lance of light stands opposite to the man in the black military uniform now

Man with the angel wings : I am Celios I am the Supreme God of this reality and I am here to judge you for the crime of taking the lives of these righteous young mortals prepare yourself for you have committed an unforgivable sin and now must repent for it with your life

Man in the black military uniform : although both this battle and conversing with you are absolutely meaningless processes for the sake of common courtesy you can refer to me as The Visage that is my code name given by the military it should suffice but as for you making me repent that sounds highly improbable

Celios : your arrogance knows no bounds mortal and it will be your undoing

Celios moves at astounding speeds to attack me with Lance's of light over and over again but all of them get erased by a crimson flash of light each time after a while he gets desperate and starts attacking in a mad fury but this time not only do his attacks get erased but so does one of his arms realizing this he quickly steps away from me

Celios : you are without a single shred of doubt the most powerful mortal I have ever encountered but a God of my rank can easily recover from all injuries now watch as my arm instantly re materializes

Celios tries to use his Divine aura to recover his arm but to no avail now his face looks terrified like a person who is fearing for their life

Celios : why is my arm not coming back what kind of trickery is this?

The Visage : once something gets erased by my attack only I can bring it back and unfortunately in your case that won't be happening for it seems that the only one repenting with their meaningless life today will be you God

Celiose's face takes on a panicked expression

Celios : let us just stop , just spare me and I will end this war as soon as I get to the headquarters please I beg you let me go

The Visage : you know this mountain of corpses we are standing on right now were all devoted followers of yours but you personally ordered them to come here and face me knowing full well that all them would lose their lives all so that you could advance your personal agenda and now you beg me for mercy when you ordered them to keep on fighting till their deaths even after I told them to surrender yet somehow you still believe you deserve any form of mercy?

Celios : mortals are replaceable they are meant to be used by God's such as myself I did nothing wrong I only gave them an holy opportunity to sacrifice their worthless lives for the DIVINE giving their lives some worth but if you kill me then you are the lowest of the low a sinner beyond compare so just throw away your sword and spare my life and in return I will end this War

The Visage : you know you are the enemy armies supreme leader so killing you would also end this war and I don't really care if I become a sinner for killing a vermin of a God like you so it seems this is where we part ways

Before Celios can even say another word I grab his face and it an instant he disappears amidst my crimson aura

After that I got down from the mountain of corpses and my aura turned blue as all the dead soldiers started to come back to life , after they were back to life their commander walked up to me

Unknown military commander : you killed all of us you monster how are we still here?

The Visage : I just resurrected you because I obliterated the one controlling your strings you are free now so live your new lives however you want

Unknown military commander : what do you mean?

The Visage : just that your God is dead

Hearing this the commander and all the soldiers behind him fall to their knees and start crying , watching this scene was awkward so I go towards the green building where they were holding kidnapped children that I was sent here to rescue for experiments , when I arrived there I realized that the entire battlefield was visible to the children after a brief glance at the battlefield that I had just fought in , I broke the door to room where the children were held

The Visage : it is safe now children I am here to take you all to safety

Upon seeing me the children ran past me screaming

Kidnapped children : stay away from us you masked monster

Honestly this hurt a little after fighting to save them but it was to be expected since they watched me slaughter an entire army and a God without breaking a single sweat they would obviously think of me as a monster

The Visage : guess my mission is complete all the enemy soldiers have retreated and my unit should be able to find the children that just ran and send them to back their homes so I guess it is time for me to leave as well

Just then I heard a sound from the other room so I decided to investigate if their were still some children hiding there when I opened the door their was a black box and someone was knocking from inside the box I used my exoskeletal vision to see through the box and saw a girl who looked about my age trapped inside so I erased the box and the girl looked at me , she looked very weak it was easy to tell that she was experimented on , her eyes had violet sclera's and the ears of a fox God

The Visage : do not be alarmed girl I am only here to save you , what is your name?

Weak looking girl : I don't have a name I was created in this lab please just kill me sir

The Visage : why would I kill you lets just go outside there are a lot of fun things to do

Weak looking girl : look at me sir I am a monster created by mixing the genes of every God out there I have no place in the outside world please just let me die as a nameless creature

The Visage : unfortunately I cannot do that girl

Weak looking girl : I have nowhere to go what am I supposed to do?

The Visage : if you have nowhere to go to then join my unit you are almost my age so it is legal and you have the power to hold your own in a fight against God's since you have their genes

Weak looking girl : aren't you afraid of me losing control I am an abomination created to end all mortals yet you still want me to come with you?

The Visage : yes I do and if you lose control then I will just bring you back under control I am pretty strong you know hehe

Hearing this the girl starts crying and I gently pat her head to console her

Weak looking girl : no one was ever kind to me yet now you show up and save me even inviting me to join your unit thank you sir thank you so very much

After the girl stopped crying she looked at me with a determined expression now

Weak looking girl : from today I will start a new life sir that I shall completely devote to you so please give me a name to mark me as yours and this day as the start of my new life please

The Visage : are you sure because I am not an expert in naming girls?

Weak looking girl : yes I am certain sir whatever name you give me I will cherish it as my most precious possession forever

She looked at me with pleading eyes

The Visage : fine I will call you Omega from now on is that fine?

Weak looking girl : off course sir from this day onwards I will be known as Omega I am going to cherish this name you have given me from the bottom of my heart

Just when I am about to leave I feel Omega tap my shoulder
