On the Railway Wire

So goodbye lovely train tracks
And goodbye broken trees...

Tetsudo is a normal highschooler and even though he is pretty social, he likes to spend his time walking around railways alone. They bring him a sense of comfort or nostalgia, despite being rusted, they have a faint glow that speaks to his soul. On one of those typical days, where he would walk around until the sun goes down, he sees a girl he's never seen before walking out of the sunset and towards him. What is she doing there? Who is she? And why is she on the railway with him?
