Throughout his childhood, Adan grows up under the overprotective care of his extended family. It’s why he can’t help but be hopelessly attracted to his free-spirited childhood friend Eva, a girl who harbors a dream to see distant lands. Thinking he’ll never be good enough for her, Adan buries his feelings deep in his heart, even as they continue to craft adventures between the two of them. When what was meant to be business as usual with Eva in a newly discovered cave goes south, they soon learn of a conspiracy involving the town as well as secrets meant to be kept forgotten begin to surface. And some people will do anything to ensure those secrets stay hidden.
This will be an ongoing full length novel that I'm working on, instead of a short story. Right now the target length is around 40k, but that can be subject to change.
*EDIT5: Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been focusing on rewriting volume 1! Once the rewrite is finished and I've planned out volume 2, I'll reupdate each chapter so I can focus on writing the second volume. A lot of the first volume was me flying by the seat of my pants, and I wasn't a fan of doing that, so hopefully Volume 2 will be much more enjoyable and organized than the chaos Volume 1 had.
