I tried to rush the end but I realized that neither the word count limit nor the time was working in my favor. I still don't have a cover and AI's aren't drawing it the way I want.
Regrettably, the story will be dqed from the contest but it has become a heart project that I will continue to work on at a slower rate. I have a backlog that I was planning to spam but I'll turn that into weekly posts for now while focusing on editing the early chapters to be more enjoyable and catching up in stories I failed to keep up with myself.
I had a part 2 planned either way. This way I do not have to wait for the judging phase to finish. I hope people will still decide to give my story a chance for it is likely one of the most adorable ones on this site.
