Just deserts

A young man turns up at the Royal Constabulary's University in rags, demanding to be enlisted in the Special Corps, which only accepts the most promising candidates. After a fiery duel, Captain Havoc accepts him into his squad. The young man calls himself Mika and proves to be bright, hardworking and unusually adept at sword fighting. On the flip side, he has little regard for his own safety and no regard whatsoever for authority. However, behind his brashness, Mika hides a bloodstained past and white-hot fury, all fuelling his quest for vengeance.
