For Augustin Vigil, life at Rosewood Academy at first seems like another stifling part of a nobleman's coming-of-age journey. His expectations of a boring and relaxed school life immediately come crashing down when he becomes embroiled in a childish strife with his enigmatic and mysterious classmate Nanami Underland.
