From Dishwasher to Dog

After killing someone and himself in an accident, a young student finds himself reborn in another world as a dog, where he must rebuild his life from scratch to regain his human form.
However, numerous circumstances prevent him from having his way with life, such as his newly found questionable power and his partner in adventure.
