Dragon Waker

One born with the innate power to awaken sleeping dragons, a dragon waker. Nora is one gifted with this power, though she views it more as a curse. Her powers are constantly on and uncontrollable, so dragon encounters are unavoidable for her. From a young age, she trained to gain strength to deal with these encounters. Now after being accepted to her dream college, she is about to start a new chapter in her life when she awakens a dragon in the worst place possible, the middle of a dense city. When the destiny she's always hated and tried to ignore presses upon her, will Nora accept the call or crumble under the pressure?

I wrote this mostly to practice writing battle scenes, but there is a plot going on in the background. Expect 4 to 5 battles in total.
