A unwanted school life.

School isn't what most people would describe "Peaceful".
It may be clubs, friendships, romantic relationships, or a wide array of things that define it as anything but peaceful, but there's always something that throws a student's school life upside down.

Even so, Atsuya Ryuuichi wishes for the most dull and peaceful school life he can get.
Generally uninterested and always safely distant, Atsuya does his best to live his life true to his principles. If he doesn't need to, he shouldn't.

Sooner or later, he will find out that he's not going to have a easy time, coming from Hokkaido over to Tokyo to study at Suimei High, his peaceful fantasy will be demolished bit by bit, as he forms new relationships, and discovers himself.

Yes, this is his unwanted school life.
