Hearts Beyond Horizons

A wholesome romance manga series from Shinobuki Nozuki featuring a boy named Kishino Ryutane who after graduating middle school finds the start of his somewhat lonely summer break to be depressing as he wonders what it would be like if it didn’t end. That is until a girl named Izusaki Tanase from his class learn that they both share a special common interest. The two slowly build a fun relationship that causes Kishino to question if he will get to spend his time with her forever, or if it will end just like his last day at middle school.
