Saratoga: In Search of the Healing Tears is a nice short read centering around the witch, Saratoga, and the rind, Moliugas, both of whom embark on a journey in order to cure their respective curses. Though short, the story features excellent character development and world building. The ending in particular is very satisfying as well. I'd highly recommend checking this out if you're seeking a short Halloween-themed read.
