Taking place during the events of StarSpace 2, 16 year-old Chelbie Chile (who loves to build and drive many types of vehicles that ride on the road), adjusts to her new peaceful life with her friends in a world known as Animearth after fighting against Voltaze.

However, adapting has been a challenge when she has reoccurring nightmares from recognizing a past rival (Lucila Vanderhilt) who was previously seen in the cyberpunk world called Revv. Deciding to return in hopes of uncovering the secret behind her reappearance outside of StarSpace, she finds out that Lucila is part of a massive team vehicle racing contest across different universes to earn the sought-after winning title: Raceblazer.

Meeting new friends and foes alike, Chelbie joins a ragtag team of misfits in an attempt to not only help the group work together, but to also face her own inner traumas in the form of an unexpected opponent.
