This story was a wild ride in all the best ways. Vivid scenes, attention-grabbing action, and endearing characters were wrapped all in one. Nothing lingered too long, just enough for you to grasp the essence of it before things moved along. The entire story felt like a sprint, and it had me enthralled while keeping up with it, all while dealing in themes I hadn't expected going into an action story about cat people.

I have nothing of note to criticize, only a personal nitpick that doesn't take away from the core of this story. It would've been nice to soak in a little more of the catharsis moments.

The entire narrative was solid and the themes made me resonate deeply with the cast of the characters. There's a lot to think about in this action-packed adventure, but I would wholeheartedly recommend it to just about anyone that can read.
