Finding The Pieces

Truth be it, I haven't finished reading Sage & Pins but even thought I'm on chapter 25, I have to say this is one of HF's gems.

The thing is about Sage & Pins is that its a message to the readers about pain, grief, broken backgrounds and finding that will to live that comes in many forms.

The relationships each character has is meticulous and well thought out, every character playing their role to support and take down one another. The stakes are never cheap and the conclusions are always reasonable. What S&P does is that it reveals how the relationships with a person can determine how you walk in life. Everyone affects each other to a grand degree and fundamentally changes their sense of self. With every action the characters takes, they hurt themselves more and more. But why they do it is because they believe in the better day beyond their current situation. It's the fact of how grim and dreadful their current state or scenario is, they continue to strive for a better life with the people around them, holding on so they can all enjoy better days ahead.

It's about listening to your past, understanding what you've done now and walking with the people you care the most about.

S&P is about looking at the pieces of one's self, understanding them and going to search for more, whether it be people or in your past, connecting everything together is what it takes.

I don't think I explained it right but please, this series is amazing and thank you for everything you've done, komeacu. This story showed me that who you are and who you want to be are really important things to consider.

100000/10, definitely a never boring read.
