A global takeover occurred in 2177, launching earth into a new age where people live in hedonism, giving in to their greatest desires. Lust, gluttony, wrath and sloth rule this new world, and at the top is the most powerful news organization "COT".

Masao Takeda, a 23 year old member of the "Laze Craze" happens to meet an escaped victim of COT; Yoli, a 19 year old girl who was frozen in time long before the new age. He takes it upon himself to protect her from COT, who wants to preserve her innocence for their research. What good could ever come of these two polar opposites meeting? Only time will tell.
