Genshi, a young comedic magician who's led a normal life until he witnesses a grand incident where he finds true purpose to devote his life to, involves himself with power holders that battle for peace against the government that seeks to control them.

Humanity has reached tier 1 civilization, but the world had surprises for it as chaos was unleashed onto the people as Elementals and Cyphers fight each other to attain more energy through extracting it from their powers. Genshi goes against his own kind and an offer for an easy life, and instead fights alongside elementals not just to protect them, but to find something more abstract that he has always been struggling with.

But Genshi has an ultimate cypher power that has the potential to tackle the overwhelming government and cyphers, which can only be brought out in the process of finding the true peace that has been buried deep from anyone's expectations, and when released, would be a chaos awaiting everyone.
