In the wake of the Brazilian civil war, along with the very new conflict of the Paraguayan / Brazil southern border war, Child soldiers are sent out by the president himself to the region of Tangara De Serra to investigate a soon to be coup de tat of the Mato Grasso, and in the shadows, a child solider finds a sketchbook in the hands of a widow, a sketchbook where various drawings seem to appear out of thin air randomly, which will change the world forever.
