Natsuo is a twenty years old guitarist that had always dreamt of becoming a rockstar. After being hit by a car, he dies and transmigrates in the reign of Roselond, a world plagued by the epidemy of Silence. Natsuo soon discovers that in Roselond music doesn't exist. Thanks to his Rockstar System, he's able to play his electric guitar and becomes the first person in the world capable of chasing away the Silence plague and heal the people affected. Everybody becomes a fan of his miraculous music.
