Finn was a normal teen in Greendale. He was a student at Airiz High and a part of the swim team. That was until one of the government's experiments went out of control. They were working on a new nuclear weapon to fight the Russians, for they had invaded Alaska. They had joined forces with Canada since they were threatened by Russia as well. However, some calculations went wrong, and it created a destructive chain reaction. Every nuclear weapon in the facility exploded and created a world of chaos. This sends society into a state of panic and disarray. People turned against each other as creatures roamed the lands. Eventually, the world seemed to go back to normal. They didn't have a government, of course, but they were healing. Finn survived this, but it made him question things. He found someone to accompany him in search of other survivors.
