Phished to another world - or as it is known in another name, Hellspawn (and I will refer to it as such because it's a much shorter name xD) is what I would describe as "standard", in all of its good and bad connotations.
The story itself is, case in point, very standard. It's another "guy trapped in another world with a cheat skill" trope. It does have the somewhat of a unique aspect in the sense that "the guy", Takashi, was part of the dev team for this game world, and the OP cheat skill of choice is a dev item. It's simple and neat, but it doesn't necessarily become "the big standout thing" about the entry. The same goes for Takashi himself: he's a little doubtful, he's a little bit of a jerk here and there, he's a little concerning over the "NPC debate", but like, he's not exactly *interesting* for a lack of better words. He's just, quite literally, a guy. A guy with a few quirks, but a guy nonetheless.
Even Yzara, the "main heroine", isn't that much of an inspiration either. Weakened demon lord joining the party is as much of a trope as the next guy by now, and she's kinda the typical "sassy waifu bait" that we see quite a lot in modern stories. It's not to say she's a bad character by any means, she's quite decent, but that's sort of the main problem plaguing this story. It's that "decent" is kinda the most fitting word for it - every element in the story has a clear purpose of what it wants to achieve, and every element has fulfilled it. They just, all fulfilled it "enough" for a passing grade. Nothing is particularly special, while nothing is particularly bad, either.
For better or worse, I think this kind of story will be very marketable. It hits very much the same beats as a normal isekai would, and it hits them okay enough that there wouldn't be anything stopping it. Whether or not just "standard" is enough to punch its ticket to finals and the grand prize, we'll have to see.
