Reyna's life hasn't exactly been going well so far. With her parents gone and her sister in another home, she spends most of her days wallowing in self-pity, playing video games and wasting away in the darkness of her bedroom. Deep inside, the wish for her to be a better person festers throughout each uneventful day, but she never finds the courage to act upon it.

One day, however, she wakes up in a brand new world, in the kingdom of light, and just as it looks like she's about to be given the purpose of 'the chosen one', the kingdom of darkness invades, and takes her for themselves.

Now at the mercy of those who care little about her, Reyna must find her purpose in this new world, fight for her very right to live, struggle between the morality of both kingdoms, and decide who she truly wants to be inside.
