Hello, this is Ashfell.
This is my first time writing something like this, and it took a lot of research. Writing this novel was very time-consuming because I had to study mythology, legends, and folklore from all around the world and try to weave them together into the story.
I also used Google Maps to study Japan so I could create a realistic travel path for the heroes as they journey through a twisted, hellish version of the japan.
Everything may not be 100% accurate, and I may have had to bend some folklore or legends here and there. But i do hope you enjoy the story for what it is as i cannot go too far into the story as this is for the contest and im very limited on my work count so it wont gwt into the really good stuff until after the contest story arc.
