In a world run on magic, Japan has become the forefront of international magic authority thanks to it's accredited university, the Tokyo International University of Magic and Phenomenon, TIUMP. Accepting students from all walks of life, this school prides itself on producing the next wave of leaders, thinkers, and magical discoveries. Yet even within its halls and boundaries, discrimination against those with less mana and/or status is still prevalent. This year will mark a significant change in the magic order thanks to the admissions of an odd band of students, whom will soon join the school's infamous Misfit coven.
