Ramon kills Twisters for a living; his higher-ups tell him to go to Japan and stop a Twister that's been ravaging the streets of Tokyo. Without many complaints, he grabs his gun, sombrero, and takes the first flight there. Unfortunately, Twisters come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes he really hates his job.
