Synopsis

What does it mean to live? In a far and distant future world men labor to create the greatest society in all of history, but the young are becoming disillusioned with their fate. In this world their eyes are removed and replaced with metal to make reality just as digital as it is physical. Liam, a simple janitor, still has one of his human eyes, but his life is a mindless drudgery of working mindlessly day in and day out just to make it by. He has little faith in this world and its government that he believes cares nothing for the honest and hardworking. It’s easier to not think, to stay numb, to go through lonely shifts day after day, but that all changes when a new co-worker is hired onto his otherwise lonely job. Liam must confront his own life, but when he asks himself what it means to live, will he like the answer?
