After a hit-and-run, Hojo Haruto is fated to slowly lose his memory over the course of a few days. He had been planning for weeks to his girlfriend of 3 years, Fujiwara Sawako, on their anniversary day, which was the day after Tanabata. Faced with the irrevocable fact that he will lose himself and when words of love may be the last, Haruto hopes that this Tanabata can be one that she can remember in his place.

As the fireworks of the Tanabata festival boom and Orihime and Hikoboshi approach each other in the night sky, fate and love clash for the lovers under the stars.
