Chapter 1
Lucrino was just a normal boy in Dumbletown, the city of dreams... Well.. I don't know why is it called like that, because living in that city is an entires nightmare. Why? Because it wasn't a normal city, actually... the people of this city were not normal. Here were DUSTERS (people who, by various methods, helping themselves to their powers, saved the days of many people) and TUSTERS (people who were addicted to a substance called BUPER, and when they inject this drug into their veins, have an unwise pleasure to drink blood, it increases superpowers to hurt people.
Lucrino he wanted to become a duster when he was a kid, only his power didn't really help him, which was to turn carbonated water into non-carbonated water and vice versa.
