Sedona is a Scout, patrolling the wasteland that surrounds the domed city where she lives. The wasteland is a barren, toxic environment, destroyed a millennia ago by the sub-humans. Despite the danger, she loves her job, and the perks that come with it – a cute apartment, her robot cat Snuggles, and a prestigious mentor.

When Sedona is injured on a special mission, she’s rescued by a sub-human, making her question everything she’s been told. But asking questions is a sign of disloyalty, a huge taboo, and can even lead to exile. How far is Sedona willing to go to get to the truth?
