Can your feelings be real, if you're just a copy?

Jack and Taru get off to a rocky start. They've both gotten to their mid-20s and seen their high-school romances come to naught. Jack's outgoing and capable, but plays fast and loose with the truth while Taru keeps her guard up after one-too-many disappointments. They may be mature enough to work past these hiccups, but can they hold it together when Taru realizes that the Jack she has started dating—for all the wrong reasons—is not the same Jack she met just a few days ago?
