The year is 2353, and the Council of Seven rules the North American continent with an iron fist. Nearly two hundred years ago, they broke their promise to hand over leadership to the benevolent AI, Altruist. Instead, Altruist is used as a tool by the Council to serve their personal interests: making themselves rich, powerful, and immortal.

Snow is a cyborg with a single mission: destroy the Council of Seven and usher in a new era of peace directed by Altruist. His first target is Xander Leroy, a handsome, charismatic, and egomaniacal Council Member who lives atop the mountain city of Bellcona. Snow infiltrates Bellcona, but he soon finds his mission demands sacrifices. With innocents caught in the crossfire Snow has to decide what price is he willing to pay for freedom.
