Clark has all the typical concerns of a transfer student in a new town: making friends, avoiding bullies, keeping up with class. His hopes for an exciting year are on the right track when he meets two remarkable girls on the same day. Sabrina is his new class president. She's confident, brilliant, and poised. But could she really be a maniac for the strange and unusual under that cool exterior? Meanwhile, Sophie is sweet, inquisitive, and more than a little bit of a daydreamer. Oh, and she's dead.

Clark has his hands full, looking after the lonely ghost Sophie while trying to get closer to Sabrina. Sophie likes Clark, Clark likes Sabrina, Sabrina likes...? Paranormal pandemonium ensues as a strange friendship blossoms between three very different teens.
