The Misplaced Mage: Adventures of an Inverse Isekai

One summer evening a young woman is found on a beach and rushed to the local hospital. Ren Hiroshi a chief detective is called in to investigate.

Things go from odd to down right strange as mysteries about the woman unravel, from her unusual first language to her reactions to him. And when she starts talking about archaic spirit, the limits of his mind begin to collapse.

So what will happen to his sanity when circumstances land her to be his housemate? Will he eventually come to terms with the truth in front of him?

And most of all, will a Mage survive a world with no magic? What happens when the problems of her world enter Rens world and consequently his life?
